On Wednesday 22 February 2023, “CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE FOR AROMATIC CROPS” commissioned by Saveer Biotech Limited was inaugurated by Mr. Pushkar Singh Dhami, Honourable Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Government, in the Dignified Presence of Honourable Minister Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Government of Uttarakhand Shri Ganesh Joshi; Shri Sehdev Singh Pundhir, Honourable MLA, Sahaspur; Dr. S.S. Sandhu, IAS Chief Secretary Government of Uttarakhand; Dr. BVRC Purshottam, IAS, Secretary Agriculture and Farmers Welfare; Dr. Nripendra Chauhan Director Intensive Plant Centre Selakui.
Centre for aromatic plants (CAP) is play a key contribution in the aromatic plants sector of Uttarakhand & facility commissioned by Saveer had become advanced technology tool to further extend the services for helping the farmers with high quality planting material. Even in the adverse weather conditions, growing best quality aromatic plants is never a challenge using this facility which benefits the growers. In this Hi-tech nursery, quality planting materials of Cinnamon, Timur, Surai and Damask Rose are regularly grown & made easily available to the farmers.
